Krazy Good Korean Roast
So here is our version of a Korean-themed roast. I mean if it has brown sugar, need I say more?! I sure hope they have brown sugar in heaven!
Krazy Good Korean Roast

minutesIngredients
3 pounds boneless beef chuck roast
1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon Sriracha (add more if you want to heat it up a little!)
Directions
- Mix together all of the ingredients above starting with the soy sauce.
- Place your roast in your crockpot. Pour that delicious sauce you just made all over the top. Flip the roast over a few times to make sure each side gets coated in the sauce.
- Cook on low for about 7 to 8 hours depending on your crockpot. If you need to cook it faster, do 4 hours on high, but slow is the way to go if you want it more tender. You’ll know it’s done when you can pull it apart easily with a fork – and try not to eat it all right then and there!
- Shred with a couple of forks, put on a pretty plate, pour a little of the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds! Serve and enjoy!
