Irish Soda Bread is a quick and easy bread to make using no yeast. We actually never expected to like it but we were wrong – it was fantastic! Served just out of the oven, wow, we could make a meal just off of this bread. Goes perfectly with our Irish Beef Stew but also…
B’s birthday was February 24th and this is his favorite cake so T just had to make it! His Mom makes the best but this was a recipe on Pioneer Woman‘s website and Ree Drummond recommended so it just had to be good, right? And it was! We do wish we’d had more batter to…

When we think of casseroles, we can’t help but think about those good ol’ church functions with all the great food on the table! This recipe originated out of one of our old church cookbooks and we’ve used it often. Easy, delicious, flavorful, and so easy! Note, where we used rotisserie chicken, you can certainly…
One of our favorite soups of 2023! Creamy, rich, and so full of flavor!
